Spoon Girl is the protagonist of the Little Nightmares II comic Episode 3 and a supporting character of 'Togetherness (LN Fanfic)'. She was hiding from The Doctor inside the pit she created with a spoon and was found by Mono. Spoon Girl is a sick little girl, which is why she stays in the hospital. But instead of healing her, they tried to kill her. She then joined Six and Mono's journey after learning how to be a medic, as suggested by Six.
